Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Place skewers on 1 tray, the bake for 25 minutes or until cooked.

Place chips on remaining tray, then bake for the last 15 minutes of chicken cooking or until golden.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, prepare slaw kit according to packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Remove chicken from skewers, then discard skewers. Fill rolls with slaw and chicken. Serve with chips.
