- 1 bunch choy sum, trimmed, cut into 10cm lengths
- 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashews, toasted

Description
Beat the midweek dinner rush by whipping up this beef stir-fry with noodles and greens, which is ready to serve in 15 minutes.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook noodles in a saucepan of boiling water according to packet instructions.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a large, deep frying pan or wok over high heat. Add mince and cook, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon, for 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 3 of 4
Add noodles to beef and cook for 2 minutes or until noodles have separated. Add sauces, sugar and sesame oil, then cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until heated through.
Step 4 of 4
Meanwhile, add beans and choy sum to saucepan, then cook for 1 minute or until just tender. Drain. Add to beef mixture with half the onion, then toss to combine. Divide beef mixture among bowls and serve topped with cashews and remaining onion.
