  • 500grams pumpkin gnocchi
  • 700grams Woolworths COOK Italian style beef & pork tomato ragu
  • 3/4 cup Woolworths Italian cheese blend
  • 290grams Woolworths Italian style salad kit
  • 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked, finely chopped

Description

If there's one way you'll want to warm up this winter, it's with a bowl of this rich, gooey, gnocchi bake with succulent beef and pork ragu.

Tip:
To prepare this dish ahead of time, combine the gnocchi and ragu in an ovenproof dish. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Before serving, sprinkle with cheese and follow the grilling instructions in step 3.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat grill to high. Cook gnocchi according to packet instructions. Drain.

Meanwhile, heat ragu in a flameproof casserole dish over medium heat for 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling.

Step 3 of 4

Add gnocchi to ragu and stir to combine. Sprinkle over cheese, then grill for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and browned lightly.

Step 4 of 4

Prepare salad kit according to packet instructions. Sprinkle parsley over gnocchi bake, then serve with salad.
