  • 2 bunch broccolini, cut into thirds
  • 300grams no added salt corn kernels, rinsed, drained
  • 200grams streaky bacon rashers, chopped
  • 2 four cheese ravioli

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C. Grease an 8-cup baking dish. Cook pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions, adding broccolini to the pan for the last 2 minutes of cooking time. Drain.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring, or until golden and crisp. Add corn and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring, or until lightly charred.

Step 3 of 3

Add cream and pasta and toss to coat. Transfer to baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve.
