Description

Sticky BBQ sauce coats chicken drumsticks for a one-tray bake that pairs swimmingly with spring veggies and brown rice.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Add drumsticks and sauce to a large bowl and toss to combine. Place drumsticks in a single layer on prepared tray. Bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and cooked through.

Step 3 of 4

Add frozen vegetables to a large microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until vegetables are cooked through.

Step 4 of 4

Microwave rice according to package instructions. Divide rice, drumsticks and vegetables amongst plates to serve.
