- 40grams butter, softened
- 4 small chicken drumsticks
- 2tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 300grams fresh coleslaw
- 1teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2teaspoons low fat mayonnaise
- 1 long jumbo crusty roll
- 2teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed

Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 200°C. Combine sauces, vinegar, sugar and mustard in a small ovenproof baking dish. Add chicken drumsticks and turn to coat.

Transfer dish to oven and bake for 30 minutes or until golden.
Step 3 of 4
Place 1/3 of the coleslaw into a small bowl and stir in mayonnaise.
Step 4 of 4
Meanwhile, combine the butter and garlic in a small bowl. Cut bread into slices (don't cut all the way through). Spread butter into cuts. Wrap the bread stick in foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Serve chicken with coleslaw and garlic bread.
