- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Description
One of my favourite recipes. So tasty and easy to make. Serve with a simple salad and dinner is done. Great for these hot summer nights
Method
Step 1 of 5
Preheat the oven (all ovens are different, heat to the temp you feel will be best for your oven)
Step 2 of 5
Spray a baking dish with non stick spray.
Step 3 of 5
Coat both sides of the chicken in pesto and place in baking dish. Repeat until all chicken is coated.
Step 4 of 5
Place tomatoes over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
Step 5 of 5
Bake in the oven for 30 mins or until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.
