- 1teaspoons wasabi paste
- 2tablespoons micro herbs (e.g. basil, to garnish)
- 2tablespoons whole egg mayonnaise
- 150grams rare roast beef, sliced, cut into bite-sized pieces

Method
Step 1 of 4
Cut cucumber into 1cm thick rounds. Using a teaspoon, scoop out a little of the centre from each slice.
Step 2 of 4
Combine the mayonnaise and wasabi in a small bowl.
Step 3 of 4
Place a little wasabi mayonnaise into the hollow of each cucumber slice. Top with rare roast beef and garnish with micro herbs.
