  • 6 Qukes baby cucumbers
  • 2tablespoons crème fraîche

Split Qukes in half lengthways and trim bases to sit flat, if needed.

Step 2 of 2

In a small bowl, mix crème fraîche with wasabi. Slice salmon into 1cm strips, then twist strips and place on top of Quke halves. Dollop with crème fraîche mixture and scatter over chives.
