- caramelized balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch pepper (to taste)
- 200grams solanato tomatoes
- 1packets bamboo skewers
- 180grams baby bocconcini
- 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)
Method
Step 1 of 3
Skewer whole Sweet Solanato tomato, basil leaf and baby bocconcini together.
Step 2 of 3
Just before serving, drizzle with a little caramelized balsamic vinegar. Season well with salt & pepper.
