- 100grams smoked salmon, torn into strips
- 1/2 small avocado, finely diced
- 1tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
- 2tablespoons parsley, chopped (to serve)
- 5milliliter virgin olive oil spray
- 2teaspoons baby capers, finely chopped
- 1 lime, juiced and rind finely grated
- 1/4 cup spreadable cream cheese
- 1 pinch black pepper (for seasoning)
- 1 jumbo tortilla
- 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)

Method
Step 1 of 2
Preheat a chargrill over a medium-high heat. Using a 5cm-round biscuit cutter, cut 16 rounds from tortilla. Spray with oil and cook on chargrill for 2 minutes each side. Transfer to a rack to cool.
Step 2 of 2
Combine avocado, onion, capers, lime rind and 1 tbs of juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Spread cheese onto tortillas. Top with salmon, avocado mixture and parsley. Transfer to a serving platter. Serve.
