- 250grams double brie, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup basil pesto
- 320grams smoked salmon
- 24 store bought savoury tartlet shells
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cut brie into 24 small wedges.
Step 2 of 4
Cut each smoked salmon slice into 4 strips.
Step 3 of 4
Wrap each brie wedge in a strip of smoked salmon and place into tartlet shells.
Step 4 of 4
Dollop with pesto and serve.
