- 1tablespoons sugar
- 1/2tablespoons dry yeast
- 1tablespoons butter
- 6-7 drops rainbow food colouring

Method
Step 1 of 6
Combine ingredients (except colouring) as per normal bread dough and knead until dough is formed.
Step 2 of 6
Separate into 6-7 balls and add colour.
Step 3 of 6
Stretch each ball into a rectangle and roll, place into bread tin with seam at the bottom.
Step 4 of 6
Preheat oven to 50 degrees and place tin in for 45 mins to rise. Remove and increase oven to 180 degrees.
Step 5 of 6
Cover bread and cook for 30 mins.
Step 6 of 6
Allow to cool and enjoy!
