  • 200grams long fresh red chillies
  • 2tablespoons garlic powder
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup white sugar

Description

A simple and easy to prepare sweet chilli sauce where you control how spicy you like it.

Method

Step 1 of 8

In a food processor put in the chillies that have been deseeded and washed.

Step 2 of 8

Add garlic powder and white vinegar.

Step 3 of 8

Process on low speed until all ingredients are well combined.

Step 4 of 8

In a medium saucepan add chilli mixture and cook on low heat.

Step 5 of 8

Keep stirring for 5 minutes until all sugar is dissolved.

Step 6 of 8

Bring to boil then simmer for 30 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Step 7 of 8

Transfer to bowl and cool completely.

Store in closed container in the fridge until needed. Enjoy!
