- 2 egg yolks, at room temperature
- 250milliliter sunflower oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 pinch salt
Description
A simple and quick recipe for mayonnaise.
Method
Step 1 of 6
In a food processor add egg yolks and juice of a lemon.
Step 2 of 6
Blend on medium speed until well combined.
Step 3 of 6
Start to pour in olive oil slowly while food processor is going until you finish all sunflower oil.
Step 4 of 6
Continue to blend for 1 minute and stop the food processor.
Step 5 of 6
Add pinch of salt to mixture and blend until you get a smooth and creamy consistency.
Step 6 of 6
Transfer to bowl to use straight away or store in fridge until needed. Enjoy!
