  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1teaspoons chilli flakes (optional, to taste)
  • 1teaspoons shaved palm sugar
  • 2-3tablespoons Panko breadcrumbs
  • 3tablespoons vietnamese coriander, chopped

A quick and easy burger bursting with fresh Thai flavours. Perfect for a warm summer's night.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2 of 4

Roll into palm sized balls and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Cook on the BBQ, medium heat for approximately 5 minutes each side.

Step 4 of 4

Serve with a good squeeze of lime or sweet chilli sauce and a nice crisp salad.
