Method

Place chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes on high, stirring every thirty seconds, or until chocolate is melted.
Step 2 of 2
Stir in coconut oil. Use immediately to serve over ice cream, or transfer to a jar to store in the fridge.
