- 560grams Woolworths COOK slow cooked Chinese BBQ style pork with char siu sauce
- 250grams Chang's vermicelli rice noodles
- 1 1/2tablespoons Fountain soy sauce
- 1 1/2tablespoons vegetable oil
- 425grams Birds Eye Stir Fry Mix Chinese
- 2teaspoons sesame seeds, toasted (to serve)
Description
Barbecue pork and noodle stir-fry on the table in 20 minutes? This char siu and noodle recipe is so quick and easy, you'll add it to your favourites.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat pork in microwave according to packet instructions, reserving char siu sauce sachet. Transfer pork and cooking liquid to a large heatproof bowl. Using 2 forks, shred pork into large pieces.

Meanwhile, place noodles in a heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and stand for 2 minutes or until tender. Drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Cut with scissors. Add reserved char siu sauce and soy. Toss to coat.
Step 3 of 4
Heat oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry vegetables for 5 minutes or until tender.
Step 4 of 4
Add noodle and pork mixtures to pan. Stir-fry over medium-low heat for 3 minutes or until well combined and heated through. Divide mixture among bowls. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
