  • 250milliliter Campbell's real stock flavour boost chilli, garlic & onion
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500grams Woolworths RSPCA approved chicken stir-fry strips
  • 1 bunch broccolini, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups long-grain white rice
  • 1 long red chilli, thinly sliced

Skip takeaway – this speedy, flavourful, budget-friendly stir-fry makes an easy weeknight dinner.

Method

Step 1 of 4

In a small jug, whisk together oyster sauce, cornflour and stock. Set aside. Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan (or wok) over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for 6 minutes, or until beginning to brown.

Step 2 of 4

Add broccolini and cook, tossing occasionally, for 1 minute, or until it turns bright green and tender.

Step 3 of 4

Add sauce mixture to pan and toss to combine. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes, or until sauce has thickened and chicken is cooked through.

Step 4 of 4

Meanwhile, cook rice according to packet instructions. Divide rice amongst plates. Top with chicken mixture and chilli. Serve.
