  • 600grams pork scotch fillet steaks

  • 2 Pink Lady apples, cored, cut into matchsticks
  • 1/2 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked, roughly chopped
  • 60grams baby spinach leaves

Description

Sweet and juicy pork steak glazed in maple syrup with crunchy cabbage and apple slaw. This mouthwatering dinner is ready in just 20 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-heat. Sprinkle 1 side of pork steaks with celery salt. Cook pork for 8 minutes, turning, or until browned and almost cooked through. Add syrup to pan and cook pork for a further 1 minute, turning, or until golden and cooked through.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, cabbage, carrot, apple and three-quarters of the parsley in a large bowl.

Step 3 of 3

Divide slaw, spinach and pork among plates. Season with pepper, spoon over pan juices and sprinkle over remaining parsley. Serve.
