- 1tablespoons dry sherry
- 250grams raw prawns, shelled
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, add the garlic and chilli, and cook gently for 2 minutes.
Step 2 of 2
Add the sherry and prawns, turn up the heat, and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until the juices have reduced by half. Season with salt and black pepper and serve with fresh crusty bread and a crisp salad.
