  • 4tablespoons peanut oil
  • 500grams raw tiger prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 1tablespoons snipped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/2teaspoons paprika
  • 1/2teaspoons salt
  • 2 fresh red chilli peppers (to garnish)

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat the oil in a frying pan or flameproof tagine over a medium heat.

Step 2 of 2

Add the prawns, garlic, parsley, paprika and salt. Stir gently, turning to cook on both sides, then add the chilli peppers to garnish the dish. Serve hot.
