  • 1 handful chives, finely chopped plus extra to garnish
  • 1.50kilograms baby potatoes, boiled, cooled & halved
  • 200grams diced bacon, fried
  • 3 eggs, boiled and chopped

Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine Chobani Natural Light Yogurt, seeded mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and chives in a medium bowl and set aside. Place potatoes, bacon and eggs into a large bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Drizzle with dressing and stir to combine. Transfer into serving bowl and garnish with chives. Serve immediately.
