Description

The family will love these succulent pork steaks served with a creamy mushroom sauce. This easy dinner recipe is a breeze to whip up in just three simple steps.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook pork, turning, for 6 minutes or until pork is just cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.

Step 2 of 3

Add mushroom, pepper, thyme and garlic to pan. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes or until mushroom is tender. Add cream and half the parsley. Bring to the boil.

Step 3 of 3

Add pork and resting juices to pan. Simmer, turning pork, for 2 minutes or until heated through. Divide mashed potato among plates. Top with pork and sauce. Scatter over remaining parsley, season with pepper and serve with beans.
