Method
Step 1 of 5
Heat butter and oil in a large deep non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Season pork steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2 of 5
Cook 2 pork steaks for 3 minutes or until golden. Turn and cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate. Cook remaining pork steaks and transfer to plate.
Step 3 of 5
Sprinkle flour into frying plan and stir into pan juices. Remove frying pan from heat and slowly add cream and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly. Return to heat and stir constantly, until mixture comes to the boil and thickens.
Step 4 of 5
Return pork steaks to frying pan with grapes. Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until grapes are heated through. Place pork steaks onto 4 serving plates. Spoon over creamy grape sauce.
Step 5 of 5
Meanwhile, bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Add broccolini and cook for 1-2 minutes or until bright green in colour and just tender. Drain. Serve as side with pork.
