- 2 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
- 2 red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2teaspoons five-spice powder
- 4tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 2tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 4 pork chops
- 300grams green beans, trimmed
- 2tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, 1tbs finely grated rind and juiced
- 1teaspoons salt
- 1teaspoons pepper

Method
Step 1 of 4
Mix together the garlic, red chillies, five-spice powder, sweet chilli sauce and soy sauce in a small bowl, then spread the mixture all over the pork chops and season. Cover and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Put the pork chops on a baking sheet lined with foil, then cook under a preheated hot grill for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, cook the beans in a large saucepan of lightly salted boiling water for 3-4 minutes until just tender. Drain well, then put in a bowl with the olive oil, lemon rind and juice and toss together. Cover and keep warm.
Step 4 of 4
Transfer the pork chops on to warm serving plates and serve with the green beans.
