  • 1kilograms pork tenderloin, cut into chunks
  • 1 1/3-plus one extra tsp cup cola (plus one extra tsp)
  • 2tablespoons sugar
  • 1 medium lemon, juice only
  • 200grams soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 6teaspoons worchestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

Description

Recreate the Churrascaria at home with this sweet and sticky Brazilian BBQ feast.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Combine all ingredients until they are mixed well and the meat is well covered. Cover the bowl and leave to marinate in the fridge overnight.

Step 2 of 3

Next day, heat up your BBQ or chargrill. Skewer the marinated pork onto sticks and fry for 12 minutes while rotating or until the meat is cooked fully.

Step 3 of 3

Serve skewered with a choice of condiments or chillies.
