Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat wok over high heat. Add oil, mince, spring onion, soy sauce and five spice. Stir-fry until meat is browned. Combine cornflour and stock. Stir into pork mixture with chestnuts. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce thickens.

Step 2 of 2

Fill lettuce cups with mixture. Add chilli and extra soy sauce. Serve on a platter.
