- 500grams chicken mince
- 1tablespoons vegetable oil
- 230grams water chestnuts, sliced
- 230grams bamboo shoots, drained
- 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 700grams chinese cabbage, finely shredded
- 4 sprigs spring onion, sliced thinly
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, outer leaves cut into cups

Method
Step 1 of 3
In a medium sized bowl, stir Infusion Paste through chicken mince. Heat oil in large frying pan, add chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Add water chestnuts, bamboo, carrot, cabbage and Maggi Teriyaki Stir Fry Finishing Sauce, cook for a further 5-6 minutes.

Meanwhile cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodle Chicken as per packet instructions; drain and add to pan.
Step 3 of 3
Stir through spring onions and coriander. Serve into prepared lettuce cups.
