  • 500grams chicken mince
  • 1tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 230grams water chestnuts, sliced
  • 230grams bamboo shoots, drained
  • 2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 700grams chinese cabbage, finely shredded
  • 4 sprigs spring onion, sliced thinly
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, outer leaves cut into cups

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a medium sized bowl, stir Infusion Paste through chicken mince. Heat oil in large frying pan, add chicken, cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Add water chestnuts, bamboo, carrot, cabbage and Maggi Teriyaki Stir Fry Finishing Sauce, cook for a further 5-6 minutes.

Meanwhile cook MAGGI 2 Minute Noodle Chicken as per packet instructions; drain and add to pan.

Step 3 of 3

Stir through spring onions and coriander. Serve into prepared lettuce cups.
