- 1tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- fried shallots, to serve
- 1teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2teaspoons fish sauce
- 1teaspoons grated ginger
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 250grams cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1tablespoons tamari
- 1teaspoons olive oil
- 500grams chicken mince
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 gem lettuce, leaves separated
- 1tablespoons chilli sauce
Description
Add some extra flavour to your next weeknight dinner with this quick san choy bow recipe.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat olive oil in a non-stick frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes or until golden.
Step 2 of 4
Add garlic and ginger to the wok then add mince and cook for 5 minutes. Keep stirring with a wooden spoon to break up lumps.
Step 3 of 4
Add sesame oil, fish sauce, teriyaki, tamari and chilli sauce. Stir well and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Step 4 of 4
Fill lettuce leaves with mince mixture and top with spring onion. Serve with tomato and shallots.
