  • 1packets Continental chow mein mince recipe base
  • 1/4teaspoons sesame oil
  • 500grams pork mince
  • 200grams sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • 3 shallots (or spring onions)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • coriander (picked)
  • 2 cups bean sprouts

Description

San choy bow has never been easier. Using a recipe base quickly gets you flavourful pork mince to fill fresh lettuce cups with. Top with coriander and enjoy.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Heat oil in a medium pan and brown mince. Add recipe base, mushrooms, cabbage and water stir well. Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes or until mince is cooked. Stir through shallots.

Step 2 of 2

Spoon warm mixture into individual lettuce cups. Top with bean shoots and coriander and serve immediately.
