- 2 clove garlic, crushed
- 400grams coleslaw mix
- 12 lettuce leaves

Use lettuce you like - I used cos. Also if you can't find the bagged coleslaw mix just used chopped cabbage, shredded carrots and diced green onions.
Method
Step 1 of 5
In a bowl mix the hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil & garlic and set aside. Chop your mushrooms finely.
Step 2 of 5
In a pan with oil cook the pork mince and mushrooms.
Step 3 of 5
Once cooked pour in your sauce, stir until thick and the sauce covers all the mixture.
Step 4 of 5
Pour in your coleslaw mix and cook for 2 mins.
Step 5 of 5
Scoop your pork mixture into prepared lettuce leaves.
