- 400grams white crab meat
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and sliced
- 50grams rocket leaves
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 200grams snow peas, halved
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 4 chapattis, toasted (to serve)
- 1 lime, cut into wedges (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 3
Arrange the crab meat, grapefruit, rocket, spring onions and snow pea on a serving plate and season to taste.
Step 2 of 3
Make the dressing by placing the watercress, mustard and oil in a food processor. Season with salt and blend until smooth.
Step 3 of 3
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve with the toasted chapattis.
