- 2tablespoons green curry paste
- 1tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/4 bunch coriander
- 1 lime, cut into wedges (to serve)

Method
Step 1 of 4
Soak 12 bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Combine curry paste, coconut cream, chopped coriander stems (reserving leaves) and fish sauce in a bowl. Add chicken and coat well. Thread each chicken strip onto a skewer.
Step 3 of 4
Heat a large grill pan over medium heat. Cook skewers for 6 minutes, turning, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 4 of 4
Scatter over reserved coriander leaves and serve with lime wedges.
