  • 2 chicken breasts, chopped finely
  • 1 red onion, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
  • 1teaspoons ginger, diced
  • 1 small red chilli, finely diced
  • 1teaspoons coriander, chopped
  • 1tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 medium egg, egg whites
  • 30grams panko bread crumbs

Description

Authentic Thai spices bring these chicken cakes to life.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Ensure all ingredients are chopped finely including the chicken.

Step 2 of 3

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and ensure everything is mixed evenly. Now separate the mixture and pack tightly into 4 patties.

Step 3 of 3

Pan fry each of the patties on a medium heat for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and transfer to a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with a choice of condiments.
