  • 200grams Woolworths thin crust pizza base
  • 2tablespoons Woolworths tomato paste
  • 1/3 qty Fragrant pork larb, reserving coriander leaves and sliced red onion

  • 1/3 cup Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 bunch mint, leaves picked

Description

Trust us: this one works. Packaged pizza bases, a batch of pre-made pork larb, and fragrant fresh mint truly change the game for this weeknight wonder.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C/ 200°C fan-forced. Place 2 large baking trays in the oven.

Step 2 of 3

Spread half of the paste over 1 base. Scatter base with half of the larb mixture and half of the capsicum. Repeat with second base.

Step 3 of 3

Carefully place pizzas on baking trays. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bases are golden and crisp. Dollop with yoghurt and sprinkle with onion, coriander and mint. Serve.
