Ready in 15 minutes, this tasty toastie with its flavour-packed filling of peach, mortadella, basil and mozzarella will become a family favourite.

Swap tip:You can use cheddar instead of mozzarella if you like.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Place 2 sourdough slices on a clean work surface. Top with peach, mortadella, basil and mozzarella. Season with pepper. Top with remaining bread.
Step 2 of 2
Preheat a sandwich press. Cook sandwiches in press for 5 minutes or until golden-brown. Serve.
