- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 2tablespoons drained baby capers
- 60grams baby rocket leaves
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges

On the table in 15 minutes, this no-cook hot smoked salmon Turkish bread recipe with cream cheese, capers and onion makes an easy and tasty summer meal.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Place cream cheese in a bowl and stir until smooth. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
Step 2 of 3
Remove and discard skin from salmon. Flake salmon.
Step 3 of 3
Cut each roll in half horizontally. Spread cut side of each roll with cream cheese. Top with salmon, onion, capers and rocket leaves. Squeeze lemon over salmon and drizzle with oil. Season with freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
