- 250grams packet microwave rice (of your choice)
- 2 medium zucchinis, shredded into noodles
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 3/4 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp sriracha mayonnaise (for garnish)

Remove 4 portions of frozen Birds Eye Flathead and cook following packet directions.
Step 2 of 3
Heat microwave rice following packet directions.

Divide rice, cooked fish, zucchini, avocado, cabbage and cucumber between serving bowls. Garnish with sesame seeds and sriracha mayonnaise, if desired.
