  • 250grams packet microwave rice (of your choice)
  • 2 medium zucchinis, shredded into noodles
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 3/4 cup red cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted (for garnish)
  • 1 tbsp sriracha mayonnaise (for garnish)

Remove 4 portions of frozen Birds Eye Flathead and cook following packet directions.
