- 1 small zucchini, coarsely grated
- 3/4 cup greek-style yoghurt
- 1tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cloves small garlic clove, crushed
- 2teaspoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 burger buns

Remove 2 portions of frozen Birds Eye Dory and cook following packet directions.

Meanwhile, make the tzatziki. Place the zucchini in a medium bowl and lightly salt. Leave for 5-10 minutes, then wrap zucchini in a clean tea towel or muslin cloth and squeeze to release excess water. Return zucchini to the bowl then add yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic, mint, and dill. Stir to combine.

Tip:A teaspoon of dried mint can replace the fresh herbs if unavailable.

Assemble burgers with tzatziki, lettuce, tomato, onion, cooked fish topped with an extra dollop of tzatziki.
