Description
In just one mouthful, you'll experience crispy fried nori, succulent smoked salmon, crisp radish and a dollop of creamy mayo. What's not to love?
Method
Step 1 of 4
Using scissors, cut each nori sheet in half. Then cut each half into two squares, then each square into triangles.
Step 2 of 4
Place cornflour in a bowl. Gradually add 1/2 cup water, stirring until mixture is smooth.
Step 3 of 4
Place a wire rack over a large baking tray lined with paper towel. Heat oil in a large deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, working in batches, dip a piece of nori into cornflour mixture, then carefully add to oil, taking care as oil may spit. Cook for 30 seconds each side or until golden and oil is no longer bubbling around the edge of nori. Transfer to the wire rack. Repeat with remaining nori and cornflour mixture.
Step 4 of 4
Place nori on a serving board. Top each with radish, a little salmon and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges.
