Description
Savoury miso makes this charred bok choi extra delicious, a simple side dish for grilled fish or meat.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Whisk the miso, sesame oil, soy sauce, maple syrup and mirin together in a small bowl. Heat a large griddle pan on high heat.
Step 2 of 3
Brush the bok choi with oil and cook for 6 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
Step 3 of 3
Spoon the marinade over the bok choi and cook for 2-3 minutes. Scatter with sesame seeds and serve.
