  • 350grams frozen Woolworths prep set go sweet potato chunks
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths thickened light cream
  • 4 pork loin chops
  • 5mL Woolworths extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 300grams frozen Heinz steam fresh beans, broccoli & sugarsnap peas
  • 1 1/2tablespoons Green's gravy granules for roast meat

Description

Pan-fried pork chops smothered in a luscious gravy, what's not to love? This speedy, budget-friendly meal ticks all the boxes.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil. Add potato. Return to boil. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to saucepan. Mash well and season. Stir in cream until well combined.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, season pork. Spray a large frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Add pork. Cook for 3 minutes each side. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm. Set aside for 3 minutes to rest.

Step 3 of 4

Microwave vegetables according to packet directions. Place gravy granules in a small heatproof bowl. Stir in ½ cup boiling water until well combined and smooth.

Step 4 of 4

Divide potato, pork and vegetables among serving plates. Top with gravy. Serve.
