Description

Method
Step 1 of 4
To make tzatziki, combine cucumber and yoghurt in a small bowl. Cut lemon in half. Juice 1 half, then cut the remaining half into wedges and set aside. Add juice to tzatziki mixture and stir to combine. Season with freshly cracked black pepper. Set aside.
Step 2 of 4
Heat a greased barbecue grill on medium heat. Cook kebabs for 15 minutes, turning frequently until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm.
Step 3 of 4
Brush cut sides of bread with oil. Add to grill, cut-side down, and toast for 2 minutes or until toasted.
Step 4 of 4
Prepare salad according to packet instructions. Serve kebabs with salad, bread, tzatziki and remaining lemon.
