  • 4 Woolworths classic beef burgers
  • 1 cup Woolworths mozzarella shredded cheese
  • 60grams Woolworths baby rocket
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths basil pesto
  • 2 tomatoes

Description

These tasty, budget-friendly burgers are worth staying home for! Juicy beef patties are served in soft milk buns with melted mozzarella, tomato, rocket and basil pesto.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a chargrill pan or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 tsp oil. Place buns, cut-side down, in pan and cook for 2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.

Step 2 of 4

Add 2 tsp oil to pan. Add beef patties and cook for 4-5 minutes each side or until browned, topping each patty with mozzarella in the last minute.

Step 3 of 4

Toss rocket and remaining oil together in a bowl. Season with freshly cracked black pepper.

Step 4 of 4

Spread bun bases with pesto. Top with a patty, tomato, rocket and bun lids. Serve.
