  • 1 cup SunRice classic Indian-grown basmati rice
  • 1teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500grams Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken breast fillets, sliced
  • 420grams Sharwood's butter chicken simmer sauce
  • 250grams frozen Woolworths sliced beans
  • 1/2 cup Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, sprigs picked

Step 1 of 4

Rinse rice in cold water, then cook according to packet instructions.

Step 2 of 4

Heat oil in a large, deep non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through and browned.

Add sauce to pan. Add beans. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly and beans are tender.
