- 1 cup SunRice classic Indian-grown basmati rice
- 1teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 500grams Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken breast fillets, sliced
- 420grams Sharwood's butter chicken simmer sauce
- 250grams frozen Woolworths sliced beans
- 1/2 cup Woolworths Greek-style natural yoghurt
- 1/4 bunch coriander, sprigs picked

Method
Step 1 of 4
Rinse rice in cold water, then cook according to packet instructions.
Step 2 of 4
Heat oil in a large, deep non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes until cooked through and browned.

Add sauce to pan. Add beans. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened slightly and beans are tender.
Step 4 of 4
Divide rice among serving bowls. Top with butter chicken and beans. Dollop with yoghurt and a sprinkling of coriander. Serve.
