- 3 white washed potatoes, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 20grams unsalted butter
- 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 500grams Woolworths extra lean beef stir-fry
- 200grams Woolworths mushroom sauce
- 250grams Woolworths frozen sliced beans
- 1/4 bunch Woolworths continental parsley, leaves picked
Description
Enjoy maximum flavour for minimum effort with this quick, hearty beef stroganoff.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Cook potatoes in a large saucepan of boiling water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain. Add butter and mash until smooth.
Step 2 of 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook beef for 3 minutes or until beginning to brown. Add sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes or until thickened slightly. Season with freshly cracked black pepper.
Step 3 of 4
Bring a medium saucepan of water to the boil. Cook beans for 2 minutes. Drain.
Step 4 of 4
Divide mashed potato among plates. Spoon over beef stroganoff. Add beans and sprinkle with parsley. Serve.
