  • 2teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 500grams Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken breast fillets
  • 4 Woolworths extra large free range eggs
  • 4 Nongshim shin ramyun spicy noodles with cheese
  • 1 bunch baby pak choy, quartered
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1tablespoons Woolworths sesame seeds, lightly toasted

Description

This easy, budget-friendly dish combines the satisfying flavours of tender chicken, pak choy and spicy cheese noodles for a meal that's sure to hit the spot.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 12 minutes, turning halfway, or until cooked through and browned. Transfer to a board. Cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes. Slice.

Step 2 of 4

In the same pan, fry eggs for 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.

Step 3 of 4

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add noodles and vegetable sachets and cook for 1 minute. Add pak choy and cook for a further 1 minute. Drain noodle mixture and return to pan. Stir through the flavour sachets.

Step 4 of 4

Divide noodles among 4 bowls. Top with chicken, pak choy, fried egg, onion and sesame seeds. Serve.
