- 500grams Woolworths lean pork mince
- 250grams Woolworths prep set go frozen stir-fry mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup Mr Chen's teriyaki sauce
- 450grams Woolworths microwave long-grain white rice
- 2tablespoons Woolworths unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 bunch Woolworths coriander, leaves picked

Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat oil in a large wok over high heat. Cook mince for 8 minutes, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned.
Step 2 of 4
Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes or until sticky and well coated.
Step 3 of 4
Microwave rice according to packet instructions.
Step 4 of 4
Divide rice among 4 bowls. Top with mince mixture, peanuts and coriander. Serve.
