- 1.50kilograms Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken drumsticks
- 700grams Woolworths chunky pasta sauce
- 750grams Woolworths white washed baby potatoes, quartered
- 5mL Woolworths extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
- 300grams green beans, halved lengthways
- 1/3 cup Woolworths pitted Kalamata olives in brine, drained, rinsed, halved lengthways
- 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked
Description
This easy-to-make chicken traybake makes a flavour-packed weeknight meal.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Place chicken in a large baking dish with ½ cup pasta sauce. Season and toss to coat. Place potato on a separate baking tray lined with baking paper. Spray with oil and season. Place dish and tray in oven. Bake for 30 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, cook beans in a medium saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes or until bright green and tender. Drain and cover to keep warm.
Step 3 of 4
Add remaining pasta sauce to saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until heated through.
Step 4 of 4
Spoon pasta sauce over chicken. Add beans. Sprinkle with olives and parsley. Serve with potatoes.
